Who We Are
Drawing on evidence-based practice and our clinical experience the UWA, the paediatric exercise programs provide tailored not-for-profit exercise interventions to the wider community to encourage and assist WA kids and youth with participation in physical activity.
Structure & Activities
Individual teachers within the Paediatric Exercise Program range from 3rd and 4th year Sport Science, Exercise & Health students to graduates and accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs). The diversity in available teachers allows the tailoring of the programs and matching of participants with suitable instructors. All instructors undergo extensive training and are supervised by highly experience paediatric exercise professionals.
